Molding is the way to go. It is expensive to have your molding dies
made, and it is expensive to setup the molding machine; but once that is
accomplished, the production line can turn out 1,000 cells a day, or
more.
As for the molding material, you don't pay the high cost for sheet
plastics, you pay for inexpensive granulated plastic; and there are many
good quality, high heat plastics to choose from. |
