The Birth of a New Technology -
Water Fuel Cell

Explains the Hydrogen Fracturing Process on how to use water as a new fuel-source. Meets all energy needs.

Over the years, man has used water in many ways to make his life on Earth more productive. Why not, now, use water as fuel to power our cars, heat our homes, fly our planes, or propel spaceships beyond our galaxy? Biblical prophesy foretells this event. After all, the energy contained in a gallon of water exceeds 2.5 million barrels of oil when equated in terms of atomic energy. Water, of course, is free, abundant, and energy recyclable. The Hydrogen Fracturing Process dissociates the water molecule by way of voltage stimulation, iionizes the combustible gases by electron ejection and, then, prevents the formation of the water molecule during thermal gas ignition....releasing thermal explosive energy beyond "normal" gas burning levels under control state.....and the atomic energy process is environmentally safe.

Water Fuel Injector System

An injector system comprising an improved method and apparatus useful in the production of a hydrogen containing fuel gas from water in a process in which the dielectric property of water and/or a mixture of water and other components determines a resonant condition that produces a breakdown of the atomic bonding of atoms in the water molecule. The injector delivers a mixture of water mist, iionized gases and non-combustible gas to a zone or locus within which the breakdown process leading to the release of elemental hydrogen from the water molecules occurs.

Andrija Puharich, 1983 Patent: Water Injector, Method and Apparatus for Slitting Water Molecules.
A new and improved thermodynamic device to produce hydrogen gas and oxygen gas from ordinary water molecules or from seawater at normal temperatures and pressure. Also disclosed is a new and improved method for electrically treating water molecules to decompose them into hydrogen gas and oxygen gas at efficiency levels ranging between approximately 80-100%. The evolved hydrogen gas may be used as a fuel; and the evolved oxygen gas may be used as an oxidant.

Could this be the source of a lot of Meyer's technology?

Fuel System for ICE

The internal combustion engine fuel system described includes a structure for mixing the alternative fuel, preferably hydrogen, with oxygen in ambient air to stratify the fuel. The system includes an adapter, and the adapter includes a housing mounted between spark plug and cylinder of the internal combustion engine. A plug is placed within the housing. The plug has ridges or grooves on its outer surface that act as mixing structures. Thus, when hydrogen is introduced into the adapter housing it is mixed with ambient oxygen within the chamber as it flows over the plug. The mixing structures in the housing create a vortexing action as the hydrogen flows over the plug and towards the cylinder of the engine. An electrode protrudes from the plug towards the cylinder. The electrode is preferably platinum and generates the necessary spark to create combustion of the hydrogen/air mixture adjacent to the cylinder to thereby power the cylinder in the engine. A platinum electrode is preferably used because it enhances a catalytic conversion of combustion by-products to more environmentally compatible products.

Steven Foster Meyer, 2004 Patent: MLS-Hydroxyl Fueling Station (MLS-HFS)
Fuel cell and auto industries have been looking for methods of apparatus that can supply a source of hydrogen and oxygen for its new hybrid industry. This invention is such a device.

The invention is a computerized automatic on site/mobile hydroxyl gas producing filling station that allows the products being produced to be used either by the hydrogen fuel cells installed in automobiles, trucks, buses, boats and land base generating applications or in any internal combustion engine.

Method of and Apparatus for Promoting Chemical Reactions between Gases

The invention relates to a method of and apparatus for promoting chemical reactions between gases, or between a gas and vapor. In carrying out the invention, he provides a suitable vessel containing a conductive liquid, and means for liberating a gas with-in the liquid, either by electrolysis or by chemical reaction, in the immediate presence of another gas or vapor which is introduced into or generated within the liquid, and a high frequency electric current, of high current density, is simultaneously passed through the liquid. This latter current causes ionization of the active atoms of the liberated gases and thereby promotes a reaction between the gases. The ionization of the active gas particles is brought about, directly, by the action of the high frequency current upon the atoms, and also indirectly, by the action of said current in setting the ions in the liquid into vibration, in accordance with the frequency of the current, these ions, by collisions with the active atoms of the gas, causing further ionization of the latter.

Gas Electrical Hydrogen Generator

A hydrogen gas generator system for converting water into hydrogen and oxygen gases, in combination with a magnetic particle accelerator for voltage/current amplification. The hydrogen gas generator encompasses an array of plates immersed in water in a pressure tight enclosure. Direct current voltage applied to the plates causes the hydrogen/oxygen gases to disassociate from the water molecules. The upper portion of the container is a hydrogen/oxygen collection chamber for maintaining a predetermined gas pressure. A hydrogen/oxygen gas mixture outlet means connected to the collection chamber of the generator includes a magnetic polarizer for establishing a magnetic field and thereby imparting a magnetic potential to the hydrogen gas and the oxygen gas atoms as they are being pressure released from the collection chamber. Attached to the gas outlet means is a non-magnetic conductive loop of tubing. A coil wound around the tubing will have a voltage induced therein as the pressure velocity polarized magnetized gas particles pass there through. The induced voltage has utilization as an electrical power source. The hydrogen and oxygen gas may be utilized in a burner system or alternatively returned to the gas storage portion of the hydrogen generator in a closed loop arrangement for recycling.

Electrical Generator utilizing Magnetized Particles

An electrical particle generator comprising a non-magnetic pipe in a closed loop having a substantial amount of magnetized particles encapsulated therein. A magnetic accelerator assembly positioned on said pipe having an inductive primary winding and a low voltage input to said winding. A secondary winding positioned on said pipe opposite to said primary winding. Upon voltage being applied to said primary winding said magnetized particles are passed through said magnetic accelerator assembly with increased velocity. The velocity accelerated particles continuing through said pipe induce an electrical voltage/current potential as they pass through the secondary winding. The increased secondary voltage is utilized in an amplifier arrangement.
